About the programme

Throughout this two-semester Pre-Master’s programme, you will strengthen your English language skills by learning specialist academic language related to your subject area. You will also develop a broad range of essential academic and professional skills, including:
  • Business Language

  • Academic Writing

  • Critical Thinking

  • Academic Research

  • Presentation Skills

  • Poster Presentations

Our supportive and experienced teachers will guide you every step of the way, helping you reach your full potential. You will learn through a variety of dynamic and engaging methods. These include discussions, presentations, lectures, small group tutorials, and personal tutor sessions. Each activity is designed to build your confidence and prepare you for postgraduate study.

Key facts

Minimum English language level:

Academic IELTS 5.5 overall (with no component below 5.5) or equivalent.

Academic entry requirements:

  • A pass in an undergraduate degree or a Diploma (3–5 years) with suitable grades or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of higher/advanced diploma in a related subject area.
  • All students must have studies in the relevant field to continue in those degrees.
  • Each applicant will be considered individually and assessed on their ability to succeed at this level.

Minimum age requirement:

Students must be 18 years of age.
