UEL International Study Centre marked the end of the academic year with a special celebration for our September cohort, recognising their achievements and the progress they’ve made throughout their studies.
The event brought together students, staff, and academics for an afternoon of reflection, recognition, and fun. Andreia, our Centre Director opened the event with a warm welcome speech, highlighting the hard work and dedication shown by the students over the past months.
Throughout the event, students had the chance to look back on their journey with a display of photos capturing memories from classes, activities, and events. Messages from academic staff offered encouragement for the next chapter, while student Course Representatives delivered heartfelt speeches reflecting on their experience at the Centre.
One of the highlights of the day was the Course Rep Awards, recognising the commitment and leadership of students who went above and beyond in supporting their peers. It was a proud moment for both students and staff alike.
The celebration ended on a high note with games and interactive activities, encouraging everyone to relax and enjoy their final moments together before moving on to their next academic adventure.
