In January, we warmly welcomed almost 250 students to our UEL International Study Centre and NCUK London Study Centre (based in Malvern House London).
Welcome week at our UEL International Study Centre consisted of a presentation from the Student Services team with tips and benefits of being a student in London, a visit from the Mental Health and Wellbeing team at UEL, and a presentation from the International Compliance team giving students the opportunity to ask questions. Students were particularly amazed by the 24/7 library facilities on campus.
UEL China Launch
At the end of February, we welcomed international and UK based partners to our inaugural familiarisation trip at the University of East London’s Docklands and Stratford campuses. They were treated to a series of taster sessions and tours to showcase the opportunities available to students at UEL’s schools. The event concluded with a dinner to celebrate the University entrusting Malvern with the recruitment of students from China to its full range of programmes. We look forward to the growth and success of this exciting partnership.
